Parks and Rec staff emails DPW and First Selectman Tetreau’s team about multiple complaints regarding glass, tiles and shingles in fill on multiple soccer fields:
“I have been taking angry phone calls from parents, players, coaches and referees for two days about the dangerous conditions of various soccer fields. I finally got the chance to walk the fields yesterday and could not believe what I saw.
By putting soil filled with glass, tile pieces and stones the size of quarters on the fields has put both the users and the town at risk”
