On July 31st, 2019 and August 1st, 2019 Dana Kery contacted the Fairfield Police and State’s Attorney Office regarding concerns over fill from a 2013 side-walk project adjacent to the playing fields and playground/picnic area at Gould Manor Park. This was in reaction to reports of illegal dumping of PCBs and Lead that had surfaced in the local news. This is where our involvement in the story beings.
