A more comprehensive list of sites where fill from the Public Works Aggregate Fill Yard may have been used can be found here.
As this list is dated August 15th, 2019 it is reasonable to assume that some of these potential sites were excluded from testing after it was determined they had not received fill from the ‘Fill Pile.’ That said, we felt it would be important to share this information with the public.
As with previous lists, this list was sent to First Selectman Tetreau’s PR Consultant and apparently not deemed worthy of public disclosure:
While some sites were likely disqualified, the Town has been conspicuously silent on others. One glaring example is the Penfield Pavilion.
